I ran today. I'm not a natural athlete, but on April 28th of this year, I decided to start running. It was SO hard, but rewarding. And then I fell down the stairs with an armful of picture frames. And then I was sick for 2 months. And then there was the cruise. And 18 days in Austria. And then jet lag. So today, November 16th, I returned to the track. And the track took me back. It was hard, of course. But I've never really been one who handles failure well, or can get back on the horse very easily. So this was a good day. And I got the runner's high to prove it.
